Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a private and uninterrupted gentleman’s nail care experience. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Cancellation fees are non-transferable and will not be applied toward future services. • No-Show Appointments: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service No-show fees are non-transferable and will not be applied toward future services. • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. If rescheduled within the 24-hour window, the late cancellation fee will apply. • Client Eligibility: Sir Nail Lounge provides services exclusively for gentlemen. Timeless services are available for adult gentlemen, with select services designed for young gentlemen ages 10 and under. Appointments booked for individuals outside of the clientele served by Sir Nail Lounge will be canceled. If an ineligible appointment is not identified until the scheduled appointment time or within the 24-hour cancellation window, the applicable cancellation or no-show fee may apply in accordance with this policy. • Card on File: A valid card is required to secure all appointments and may be charged in accordance with this policy.
